Dispatch
Most items listed on the website are in stock. When items are in stock, we will dispatch your order within 2-3 business days. In case we need to contact you or obtain further information from you to verify an order, we will notify you within 1 working day after you have placed the order. Under unforeseen circumstances that items are not in stock, your order may not be able to dispatch in 2-3 working days. Replenishment usually will take about 2 to 4 working days. In case your order cannot be dispatched within 5 - 7 working days, we will inform you by email with an explanation as well as an estimated dispatch date.
Shipping Cost & Delivery Time
eGlobal Central offers free local shipping - Free Economy Express Shipping within the entire United Kingdom on your orders1. With our Free Economy Express Shipping service, orders are normally delivered within 6 to 8 working days.
As an added value to our shipping services, we also provide three different local premium services for your selection during the checkout process. Additional shipping cost for the below three value shipping service will be added to your total order amount.
Please note that the above delivery times are just estimated quotes by the courier companies, hence we cannot be liable or held responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally as there are many uncontrollable factors in the process of shipment. Rest assured that eGlobal Central will do our utmost to limit any difficulties that may arise.
1 Free Delivery is offered only when a total order amount is at or above £50. For orders below £50, there is a fixed additional shipping cost of £9.99. If light shipping costs of £12.99 are included in orders of less than £50, the additional delivery costs of £3.00 will be waived.
2Order shipping to remote areas is subject to additional shipping cost, at GBP£24.99, as per the requirements of the courier companies. Shipping Location
We currently offer free shipping service to the entire United Kingdom, including England, Scotland (except Scottish Highlands & Islands), as well as Wales. We currently do not offer any shipping service to Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Guernsey.

Light-Weight Accessories
If you are purchasing light-weight accessories listed below or with the light-weight accessories icon shown on the product page in a standalone order regardless of quantity and weight) will be shipped via Registered Air Mail and would be subject to an additional charge of GBP£12.99. Parcel may normally take 14-21 days to arrive. Whereas the courier shipping service is applicable if the order contains one or more items which are not considered as light-weight accessories.

Insurance
For orders shipped with Insured Economy Shipping or Insured Priority Shipping, eGlobal Central will cover in full, any physical loss or damage of the goods during transit up to the product value. You may opt for another shipment of the same goods as a replacement or a refund.
Below conditions are required in claiming a full product value refund or replacement if you suspect your parcel(s) is/are lost:
1) Initiate a claim with us (reported by email or ticket system) within 10 calendar days* after the tracking is sent to you
2) Satisfactory investigation proof or courier confirmation of physical loss or damage of the goods obtained from courier or any other related parties
*Cases reported to us after 10 calendar days of the tracking provided, we cannot 100% guarantee that courier could open an investigation for your parcels’ status.
*Insurance bought on order only cover first shipment process. In the case of reshipment, the insurance cannot be applied to the reship order.
PO Box and special address restrictions
Currently we do not offer to ship to PO Box, parcel locker, hotel/motel (unless you are an employee) or freight forwarding address.
