Submit a Ticket for Post-Sales Enquiries 
You could submit us a ticket for any order status and after-sales issues and we will reply you as the soonest as possible, normally within a working day.

Business Hours
We work from Monday to Friday 10:00am to 7:00pm HK Time (except holidays). During business hours, you could contact our Customer Service Team, otherwise, you may submit us a ticket .
General Public Holidays
eGlobal central follows the public holidays as listed below and both our office and warehouse will be closed. Order processing, General inquiries (including emails, tickets) and Delivery of orders will be slightly delayed, usually not more than 1 working day.
Should you need urgent assistance, please contact us by submit us a ticket and we will try our best to provide our limited feedback as soon as possible.
